Open iPhone Settings → Notifications → SubTrack and allow notifications. SubTrack also shows an orange banner in the app when reminders are off.
Open the paywall and tap “Restore purchases”. The purchase is tied to your Apple ID.
Tap the share icon → Export CSV. Everything, including archived items, is in the file.
