How do I change the scrolling speed?
Use the speed slider in the teleprompter controls, or adjust WPM (words per minute) in the script settings. You can also use keyboard shortcuts: arrow keys for fine control, or +/- for larger adjustments.
How do I use mirror mode?
Tap the mirror icon in the teleprompter controls to flip text horizontally. Long-press for vertical flip. This is useful for beam splitter teleprompter setups.
Can I use an external display?
Yes! Connect your iPad or iPhone to an external monitor using an HDMI or USB-C adapter. Go to Settings → External Display to configure the output. Note: This feature requires a Pro subscription.
How do I import scripts?
Tap the + button and select "Import File". You can import TXT, DOCX (Word), and PDF files. Pro subscribers can import Word and PDF files.
Are my scripts synced across devices?
Yes! If you're signed into iCloud, your scripts automatically sync across all your Apple devices. Make sure iCloud is enabled in Settings → [Your Name] → iCloud.
How do I control the teleprompter with a keyboard?
Connect any Bluetooth keyboard. Use Space to play/pause, arrow keys to adjust speed, and Escape to stop. The full list of shortcuts is available in Settings → Keyboard Shortcuts.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. Go to Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions on your device to manage or cancel your subscription.
How do I restore my purchase on a new device?
Open the app and go to Settings → Subscription. Tap "Restore Purchases" and sign in with the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase.
